The injection moulding can be done thanks to a range of injection machines from 200 up to 1.300 Tons. ; all of them are equipped with gas injection and multi-colour / multi-material systems (up to 1.500 grs.) and stack-turning mould systems (multi injection/multi material), already patented from our company and state-of-the-art systems for the treatment of raw materials, dehumidification and dosage.
We have experience in moulding plastic goods of increased thickness and we make products through over-moulding with metallic and non-metallic inserts.
Furthermore, the company follows a quality procedure, certified UNI EN-ISO 9001, to ensure high quality standards and the internal logistics are maximized by the management of 24-hour continual production flows.
