Quality Policy

Tecneko operates in the production of plastic material products through a molding process, in line with its corporate philosophy based on the ability to continuously adapt to market needs, has decided to standardize the management system to the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard: 2015 to identify and meet the expected needs of its customers and relevant stakeholders, to obtain competitive advantages, achieve and improve the performance of its processes.

The following Quality Policy therefore arises as a commitment of the General Management, also through the work of all the staff, in obtaining and maintaining the certification to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, which includes:

  • Process approach. Tecneko identifies the various activities of its organization as processes to be planned, monitored and constantly improved and activates the resources for their management in the best possible way.
  • The continuous satisfaction of the needs of its customers and relevant stakeholders for the management system.
  • Continuous satisfaction of product requirements and regulatory requirements applicable to the product and to the company management system.
  • Continuous attention to the needs of collaborators in order to establish and maintain a corporate climate that can favor their behavioral and professional growth.
  • Continuous improvement of its performance, optimizing internal processes.

To ensure that it is understood and shared, this document has been disseminated to all levels of the organization through information meetings and displays within the premises, so as to make it accessible to visitors as well.

On the basis of the general principles set out below, measurable objectives are defined in more detailed documents which are monitored during the annual reviews by the Management, in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
