With the installation of a new centralized feeding system, our company is enhancing the quality and automation of its plastic material conveying, dosing, and mixing processes for injection molding machines.
The system also introduces an automatic sorting unit into the production process, designed to completely eliminate the risk of human error in raw material selection.
Thanks to the new control unit and various lines, the suction unit can automatically collect material from various dehumidifiers or storage bins and send it to the gravimetric dosing units. These ensure precise and controlled mixing of materials, ensuring the correct composition of the recipes without manual intervention.
The precisely prepared material recipes efficiently and accurately feed the corresponding injection molding machines, enabling a safer, more stable, and fully monitored production process. The system guarantees complete material traceability, a fundamental requirement for maintaining the highest standards of quality and control.
